Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing where applicable. We do not guarantee approval by any government authority, bank, or free zone.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to authorities, banks, and third parties. Delays caused by incomplete documentation, incorrect information, or third-party processing times are not our liability.
4. Fees and Payment
Quoted fees may exclude government charges, third-party fees, visa costs, office rent, and other official expenses unless expressly stated. Payment terms will be communicated before service commencement. Failure to pay agreed fees may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, materials, templates, and proprietary resources remain the property of KPM Global Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KPM Global Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall not exceed the fees paid for that service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Consultation enquiries are free unless otherwise stated. For paid services, fees, scope, and refund eligibility are confirmed in writing before payment. Government fees, third-party charges, and completed authority submissions are generally non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the agreed service agreement and applicable UAE regulations.
9. Advertising and Marketing Communications
If you submit a form on our website, including pages reached through Facebook or Instagram ads, you consent to being contacted about your enquiry using the contact details provided. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted by law and your preferences. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
